Your first payout cycle begins immediately after your application is approved and your membership is activated. Returns are issued every two weeks or monthly based on your plan.
Yes. Members can apply to upgrade from Small to Medium or Medium to Large at any time. Contact the admin team through your dashboard messaging system.
Returns are tied to operational output. If a plant enters maintenance or pauses operations, payouts pause temporarily and resume when the plant is back online. You will be notified via your dashboard.
Payouts are processed via EFT or mobile money transfer. Our admin team coordinates with each member directly to set up their preferred payout method upon approval.
No. There are no lock-in periods or exit fees. However, returns are perpetual only while you remain an active member with an allocated plant.
Applications are reviewed within 1-2 business days. Once approved, your dashboard and plant allocation are ready immediately.
