How your returns are issued

01
Plant output is recorded
At the end of each cycle, our Zimbabwe operations team confirms that your assigned plant has been operational. This triggers your return calculation for that period.

Returns are calculated per tier
Your return is 10% of your investment per month — R500 for Small, R1,000 for Medium, R2,000 for Large. For biweekly payouts, this is split into two equal payments of R250, R500, or R1,000 respectively.

Payout is issued & you're notified
Once processed, your payout is issued and a notification appears in your member dashboard. The operations team includes a message and plant update with every cycle.
04
Cycle repeats indefinitely
As long as your plant remains operational, the cycle continues. There is no fixed term — returns are perpetual for the life of the plant.

How do I choose the right plan? +
Each plan reflects a different level of plant output participation. If you are new to GoldBand, the Small plan is a natural starting point. The Medium plan is our most popular. The Large plan suits members who want maximum participation from the outset.
Can I change my plan after joining? +
Plan changes are handled through the admin team. If you wish to move to a different tier, contact us via your member dashboard. Changes are subject to capacity availability in the relevant tier.
What happens if my plant stops operating? +
In the event that a plant ceases operations, GoldBand will notify affected members directly through their dashboards and explore reallocation options where possible. We are transparent about plant status at all times.
Are returns guaranteed? +
No. Returns are based on actual plant output and are not guaranteed. GoldBand does not offer fixed or promised returns — all payouts reflect real operational performance of your allocated plant.
How long does approval take? +
Our admin team reviews all applications individually. You can typically expect a response within 48 hours of submitting your application. Approved members receive immediate dashboard access.
Can I choose biweekly or monthly payouts? +
Yes. All three plans support both biweekly and monthly payout cycles. You can indicate your preference during the application process, and it can be updated via the admin team after joining.
